About Our Investors: Zamp raised ~$22Mn in our seed funding round from notable investors including Sequoia Capital, Dara Khosrowshahi (CEO, Uber), Tony Xu (CEO, DoorDash), Marcelo Claure (ex-CEO, SoftBank International), and other prominent angel investors. Their support and belief in our vision underscore our potential to transform the financial technology landscape. We are looking for a dynamic Partnerships Manager to drive and scale our strategic alliances with consulting firms, private equity (PE) firms, and business process outsourcing (BPO) providers. This role is critical in expanding our reach, enhancing our GTM strategy, and driving revenue through high-value partnerships. Key Responsibilities Develop & Execute Partnership Strategies Build and execute a roadmap for partnerships with consulting firms, PE firms, and BPOs to create scalable business opportunities. Relationship Management Identify, engage, and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at partner organizations. Joint GTM & Co-Selling Collaborate with partners on joint go-to-market initiatives, co-selling motions, and lead-generation programs. Revenue & Performance Ownership Drive measurable impact through partnerships by securing new business opportunities and expanding existing relationships. Enablement & Integration Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, and product) to enable partners and integrate them into our broader ecosystem. Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis Stay informed on industry trends, competitor moves, and emerging partnership opportunities. Contracting & Negotiations Lead commercial discussions, define partnership structures, and negotiate contracts. Preferred Qualifications Relevant experience working in a Channel Sales/Partnership in the banking domain or in a fast-paced startup environment Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong judgement and creativity A visionary mindset, with the ability to think strategically and translate vision into actionable plans and initiatives that drive business growth and success,
