Job Description
- Delivery Manager Band 5.1 / 5.2 Strong Delivery Leader aligned with the organization s Diversity initiative having 16+ years of experience with minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Large Programs of 150+ people across geographies. Leading the service delivery team with accountability for ongoing project delivery & ensuring quality & timeliness of deliverables. Understanding customer needs and overseeing service delivery within the business context and aligning with the customer goals. Managing finances and budgets. Determining ways to reduce costs without sacrificing employee & customer satisfaction. Participate in Presales for responding to RFP / RFIs and contribute to development of Capabilities, Collaterals, Transformation Tools and Reusable components leading to delivery led growth. Coordinate resource hiring, onboarding, knowledge sharing and competency building within the team. Must have project delivery experience in Waterfall, Agile and iterative development methodologies. Must have experience of senior level reporting and stakeholder management, both internal and on the client side. Ability to work well with business leaders and people from various disciplines and with varying degrees of business and technical experience. Resources with diverse work experience with leading Insurance providers in US geography would be given preference. Strong understanding of how business flows in Life Insurance & Annuities - new business, policy administration, billing, correspondence, regulatory and compliance etc. would be a big plus. Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication, conflict management and presentation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.,
