Mandatory 10+ years of Data engineering experience 2+ years of managing a team of 8+ ppl 2+ years of stakeholder management. 4+ years in data solutions in any cloud platform like GCP, AWS, Azure Expertise in any of the cloud platforms. AWS preferred/Azure/GCP Experience with Snowflake or Databricks or Spark or big query or synapse analytics Hands on with real time streaming data - Kafka/kinesis/event hubs Good with performance optimization of data pipelines Good with SQL (4/5) and hands on Python skills (3/5) Need to have data visualization & BI tools experience - MicroStrategy/Power BI/Tableau Should be able to assess security posture of data platform & pipelines including PII data Nice To Have Experience in Data governance Should be good with Cost optimization & control Data quality framework implementation experience CI/CD with terraform, GitHub actions/Jenkins Experience with Airflow/other orchestration tools Good understanding of monitoring & alerting framework of data pipelines Knowledge of data science and machine learning platforms A place you can belong ,
