Job Requirement Experience 6+ years in Blockchain Working Zone: 5 PM to 1 AM IST Contract: 2 year Company: USA-based Role Description We are seeking an experienced and motivated senior developer to join our dynamic and distributed team. This is a remote position, and we are looking for someone with strong expertise in JavaScript (JS), Rust, and Solidity. As the lead developer, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the development process, ensuring code quality, and facilitating effective collaboration among team members. Key Responsibilities: Review and assess code contributions from team members for adherence to best practices and project standards. Merge approved code into the main codebase while ensuring seamless integration and functionality. Provide constructive feedback and guidance to developers to foster their growth and enhance code quality. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and technical specifications. Lead technical discussions and decision-making processes to ensure alignment with project goals. Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise, maintaining a high standard of application performance and reliability. Maintain documentation related to coding standards, development processes, and project workflows. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging technologies to continuously improve skills and the team's output. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proficiency in JavaScript, Solidity, and Rust with a solid understanding of their ecosystems. Proven experience in a lead developer role or similar position, ideally in a remote work environment. Strong experience with code review processes and merging practices. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technical challenges. strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work collaboratively in a distributed team and manage multiple priorities effectively. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with agile development methodologies. Familiarity with microservices architecture and cloud services. Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.,
