- JD For Software Manager Job Code : SM01 Roles and Responsibilities: A minimum graduate level qualification in software engineering A track record of delivering projects within schedule At Least 8 to 10 years experience in Software services or Product development Managed team size of 10 to 15 people The ability to document coding as per relevant standards Previous experience of handling audits Knowledge of Good Coding Practices A positive attitude and show innovation ability A strong knowledge of PHP web frameworks An Understanding the fully synchronous behavior of PHP Knowledge of object oriented PHP programming Strong knowledge of the common PHP or web server exploits and their solutions Familiarity with limitations of PHP as a platform and its workarounds An understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 Job Description Lead internal software development team Carry out periodic appraisals of software development team Lead product and services development improvements Maintain, implement and oversee project plans for software development Liaise with the Chief Technical Officer on all issues relating to the Division Support CTO and others on QA matters Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices Create site layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS practices Integrate data from various back-end services and databases Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs Create and maintain software documentation/ technical documentation Cooperate with web designers to match visual design intent Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications Write effective APIs Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software Create security and data protection settings Qualification :Graduate level qualification in software engineering Experience:8+ years of experience Job Location :Mumbai Salary Range: Company Standard,
