Job Description
:
- Managing a team of SM / ASM.
- Heading the Sales/Business for the location/region/Zone.
- Responsible for Managing the overall productivity for the team
- Responsible for Hiring and building/Retaining team.
- Driving Credit Cards sales through team.
- Driving CC Open Market sales and also ensuring other Cross selling products.
- Coordinate with various internal stake holders for issuance to credit cards.
- Taking complete ownership starting from sourcing, dispatching, follow up with ops and Credit.
- Responsible for Corporate tie ups and other business development activities
- Follow and adhere to the strict KYC norms set for the team.
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes
