The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and leading various projects to completion. This role requires excellent communication,leadership, and problem-solving skills to ensure that all project objectives are achieved on time, within budget,and according to the required quality standards. This job will entail multiple site visits to ensure proper execution of work. Key Responsibilities Management: o Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and management. o Provide regular updates on project status, deliverables, and timelines. o Ensure client satisfaction by maintaining clear communication and meeting project expectations. Project Execution & Monitoring: o Track project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards. o Conduct regular meetings to review project status and discuss any challenges or changes. o Ensure proper documentation is maintained throughout the project lifecycle. Budget & Resource Management: o Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost efficiency. o Allocate resources effectively and ensure all project activities are adequately staffed. Risk & Issue Management: o Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies. o Address project challenges and resolve issues that arise during the project lifecycle. Project Closure & Evaluation: o Ensure successful project delivery and post-project evaluations. o Review and analyze project performance, documenting lessons learned and improvement areas. Skills & Qualifications Bachelors degree in business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Strong knowledge of project management methodologies Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills. Proficiency in understanding and reading execution drawings. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage competing priorities and handle stressful situations.,
