Job Description
- Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager in Vadodara. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of project execution, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and ensuring the quality and safety standards are met. The Project Manager will also manage project teams and communicate with clients to ensure project requirements and deadlines are achieved. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. Coordinate the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents. Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals. Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary. Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path. Track project milestones and deliverables. Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, documentation, and presentations. Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans. Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. Proven experience as a Project Manager in the civil engineering industry. Professional certification in project management (PMP) is a plus. Strong understanding of project management principles, practices, and tools. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously. Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and resource management. Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in the civil engineering field. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. ,
