Role: Assistant Professor (Ob-Gyn Nursing) Location: Hyderabad Industry: Healthcare & Nursing Education Experience: 4+ years (3+ years in teaching, 1+ year in clinical practice) Salary: Best in the Industry A leading nursing hospital is seeking an Assistant Professor (Ob-Gyn Nursing) specializing in Midwifery to mentor the next generation of maternity care providers. This role involves teaching, clinical supervision, research, and skill development in a supportive and academic environment. Key Responsibilities: Conduct engaging evidence-based lectures and hands-on clinical training. Design learning modules and oversee student clinical rotations. Supervise bedside clinics, case studies, and simulation-based learning. Develop OSCE checklists, assessments, and examinations. Provide mentorship and development plans for students. Participate in research, innovation, and professional development activities. Required Qualifications & Skills: M.Sc. in Nursing (Obstetrics & Gynecological Nursing) Registered Nurse & Midwife certification (State Nursing Council) Strong expertise in maternal & newborn care, clinical training, and instructional design Proficiency in midwifery procedures, patient care protocols, and digital learning tools Excellent communication, mentorship, and teamwork skills,
