Job Description

Arora Prem & Associates, a firm of Chartered Accountants, established in 1986, with Head Office located in Gurugram, Haryana is looking for Company Secretaries (CS). This is a full-time on-site role for a Company Secretary, who will be responsible for ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, maintaining records, and providing administrative support to the management. A semi qualified CS with relevant experience may also apply.
