Job Description
- Being part of a global team for transformation, you will be ensuring the best practices are used in testing a cutting edge fintech web app ensuring ZERO defect delivery to clients. Experience: 5-8 Years Job Location: Bangalore or Pune Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days Primary Responsibilities: Review user stories, use cases to design/create test cases, test scenarios based on requirements Establish traceability between requirements and test cases. Execute test cases, report / triage defects, analyze failures and generate test execution reports Design, develop and enhance test automation scripts, as necessary Develop test automation deliverables such as framework/script design documents, readme / help documents, API documentation, etc. Work closely with remote development teams to understand detailed functional requirements, validate user stories, bugs resolved during the Sprint and manage downstream release management process and communication Communicate with customers, manage stakeholder expectations and ability to operate under pressure and meet project deadlines Review artifacts, provide feedback and assist the team to produce high quality deliverables (test cases, defects, reports, etc.) Coach and mentor junior members of the team to ensure high quality deliverables and on-time delivery to meet / exceed customer expectations. Shall be a self-starter who can work independently and assume total ownership of test design, test execution, automation and performance testing activities.
