What You'll Do: Lead New Product Development across multiple locations. Drive the creation of next-gen refrigeration and air conditioning systems. Utilize APQP, PPAP, and PFMEA methodologies in product design. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (CFT) to commercialize innovative products. Deliver customer-focused solutions and lead the development of condensers, evaporators, and heat exchangers from concept to production. Master 2D & 3D CAD tools like Pro E, NX, and SolidWorks. What We're Looking For: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or related engineering field. 10+ years of experience in New Product Development, especially in HVAC or related industries.
