Job Overview : We are seeking a candidate who must have experience in XERO Workpapers, GST reconciliations, GL reconciliations, Tax returns, and posting of adjustment entries. Job Description: Entering bills, either natively or through the use of an automated data entry programmer Tracking jobs, bills, purchase orders, and works orders in third-party project management systems. Reconciling supplier invoices against statements and purchase orders. Following up with client suppliers with queries. Check supplier invoices and Accounts receivable. Provide clients with effective Bookkeeping Training Automate all bookkeeping functions where possible. Accurately process manual journals and financial adjustments, as necessary. Oversee the implementation of software within customer businesses including recommendations and assistance regarding apps. Assist clients with financial report preparation. Complete other accounting software to Xero conversions. Other tasks Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets. Proficiency in XERO and MYOB tools. Exposure to MS Office and data programs. Must have experience with Australian or New Zealand Accounting. Knowledge & Skill Requirement: At least three years experience in a senior accounting role. A degree in Accounting and finance from a recognized institution. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. A sound knowledge of accounting software preferably MYOB, XERO, or similar. Competent with all facets of the accounting functions of a corporate organisation. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. A strategic thinker who can work with minimum supervision and achieve goals and objectives.
