Job Title: Financial Analyst Locations: Ahmedabad/Bangalore Reports to: Director of FP&A A quick snapshot As a Financial Analyst at Conga, youll execute and maintain processes supporting our G&A functions (HR, IT, Finance, Facilities) financial outlook, forecasting, reporting, and analytics needs. Youll also develop relationships across the organization to become a trusted partner, providing strategic support and insights on best practices and strategic investments. The insights and information you provide will influence executive-level decisions that impact the organization across all levels and the success of Conga. Are you the person were looking for Related experience. Youve walked the walk for 2 or more years in FP&A, analytics, management consulting, or related fields. Maybe youve even acted as a finance business partner to a customer success group! You have a unique blend of financial fluency and business acumen you utilize to create robust financial analyses, models, reports, and dashboards (especially using Excel). Youre also proficiently conveying those findings to stakeholders through PowerPoint presentations and analytical writing to help facilitate business decisions. Influence change. You take the initiative to understand the businesss needs and challenges, maybe more than they understand it themselves. Youre accustomed to having a perspective on key themes, risks, and opportunities. You form quality, robust recommendations through the knowledge you acquire, data sources, and existing processes and you use those recommendations to create scalable solutions that will help immediately and in the future. Because of the transparency, authenticity, humility, and knowledge you bring, your peers, partners, and business leaders trust the information you provide to influence key decisions. Quality oriented. You rarely make mistakes because you have good processes in place to ensure that every detail is correct. But in those rare occasions when errors are realized (lets face it, it happens to the best of us from time to time), you own them, correct them, learn from them, and then quickly adjust and communicate processes to ensure the same mistake doesnt happen twice. Then you apply that knowledge across the business where it makes sense. Heres What Will Give You An Edge Tools and systems experience. Youve worked hands-on with FP&A relational databases, BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.), and Salesforce reporting. You have worked within FP&A tools such as Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, etc. Education. Successful completion of a bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration is highly preferred. Maybe youve even gone on to obtain a masters degree as well! Industry expertise. Lets face it, understanding the Software as a Service industry and/or Revenue Lifecycle Management software (CPQ & CLM) would allow you to hit the ground running.
