Overview Key Responsibilities Manage incentive compensation processes within SAP. Collaborate with finance and HR teams to ensure accurate data input. Design and implement system improvements for efficiency. Review and validate commission plans and calculations. Provide support for commission inquiries from sales teams. Generate reports and dashboards to track commission metrics. Monitor KPI performance related to compensation effectiveness. Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Assist in the training of stakeholders on commission system usage. Maintain documentation of processes and procedures. Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support business initiatives. Identify discrepancies and propose solutions promptly. Work with IT teams to enhance SAP functionality for incentives. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, or related field. 3+ years of experience in compensation, analysis, or finance. Strong understanding of SAP or similar ERP systems. Experience in incentive compensation administration. Proficient in data analysis and Excel skills. Ability to interpret financial data and metrics. Good organizational and project management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Experience in business process optimization. Ability to work independently and in teams. Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
