Job Description

Team Management & Leadership Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of customer support representatives. Conduct regular team meetings to align on goals and performance expectations. Provide ongoing coaching, training, and feedback to enhance team productivity. Customer Service & Issue Resolution Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and complaints. Monitor customer interactions to maintain high service quality. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department and ensure resolution. Performance Monitoring & Reporting Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction. Analyze team performance and implement strategies for improvement. Prepare reports and provide insights to senior management. Process Improvement & Compliance Identify gaps in current customer support processes and suggest improvements. Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs). Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback. Key Skills & Competencies Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to handle escalations and manage difficult situations professionally. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data. Proficiency in customer service software and CRM tools.,
