- Job Description: Senior Relationship Manager 1. Leadership and Team Management Team Building: Foster a collaborative environment and ensure clear roles and responsibilities. Motivation: Inspire the team with vision, guidance, and recognition. Skill Development: Coach team members to improve their professional competencies. Problem Solving: Address client issues with prompt, practical solutions to maintain trust. Client-Centric Approach: Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs. 2. Customer handling after getting the leads and Interacting with HNI clients on phone calls. Also, if required arrange office meetings with clients for the better understanding. 3. Maintaining Clients details on MIS and analyzing the financial details of Clients. 4. Consulting the clients with best available financial instruments. 5. Maintaining a deep knowledge of company's product and services. 6. Handling customers escalation if any appears. 7. As We have tie up with 11+ banks so coordinating with Bank Branch Managers and other financial advisors. 8. Keeping track of daily activities and updating in CRM portal. 9. Maintaining clients financial documents. 10. Getting updates from Bank news portals regarding any changes in RBI and banking guidelines. 12.Keeping yourself updated in terms of the current bank policy norms. 13.Maintaining existing client relation and building with the new once. 14.Creating and executing strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
