Responsibilities * Sourcing: Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, conduct market research, and analyze procurement data. Contract Management: Negotiate, administer, and maintain contracts with suppliers. Purchase Order Management: Create, share for approval, and manage purchase orders. Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers. Cost Management: Analyze and optimize procurement costs. Quality Assurance: Ensure purchased goods and services meet quality standards. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate procurement-related risks. Compliance: Ensure procurement processes comply with organizational policies, laws, and regulations. Reporting: Provide procurement metrics and insights to stakeholders. Vendor creation: Has to handle vendor creation. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree. Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
