Perform data analysis related to sales performance, operations, and marketing campaigns and generate actionable insights and reports to support decision-making and strategy execution. b. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute to reports that assess the success of ongoing initiatives. 3. Platform Audits: a. Conduct regular audits of marketplace platforms to ensure product listings, pricing, and promotions are up to date. b. Stay informed about new initiatives and updates across digital platforms, ensuring the companys strategies align with platform changes. 4. Search Campaign Monitoring: a. Monitor and report on the performance of search campaigns (e.g., Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, etc.) across different platforms. b. Collaborate with account managers to adjust campaign strategies based on performance data and marketplace trends. 5. Operational Support: a. Assist account managers with day-to-day operations related to product listings, promotions, stock updates, and marketplace-related queries. b. Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, marketing, etc.) to resolve operational issues affecting marketplace performance. 6. Collaboration and Communication: a. Liaise with cross-functional teams (marketing, logistics, and customer service) to ensure seamless operations across all marketplace platforms. b. Work closely with the account managers to implement strategic initiatives and identify opportunities to improve marketplace performance. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, or related field 2 years of experience in e-commerce/quick commerce, data analytics role Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Familiarity with e-commerce KPIs and experience in generating actionable insights from data. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and operational excellence. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and external partners. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
