Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Trainee located in Ahmedabad. As a Finance Trainee at Welspun Transformation Services Limited, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and analysis of financial statements, conducting financial research, and supporting the finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities. Additional responsibilities include reconciling accounts, preparing reports, and participating in audits. You will also have the opportunity to learn various financial processes and develop your skills under the guidance of experienced professionals. Qualifications Understanding of financial statements and financial analysis Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field Prior internship or work experience in finance is a plus,
