- Job Title: AI/ML Lead (Future CTO) Zoiya Location: Delhi, India Compensation: Equity-based initially, transitioning to a salaried CTO role About Zoiya: Zoiya is redefining sustainable fashion, and technology will play a crucial role in our vision. We are looking for a driven technologist who can leverage AI/ML to enhance our business operations, from supply chain optimization to customer experience. Role Overview: As the AI/ML Lead, you will work closely with the founder to conceptualize and build innovative tech solutions that integrate machine learning, predictive modeling, and data-driven decision-making into Zoiyas ecosystem. You must be a self-starter, capable of independently executing ideas and translating vision into reality. Who You Are: A hands-on AI/ML practitioner with expertise in predictive modeling, data architecture, and system design. Capable of independently pulling off complex projects, from ideation to execution. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, outcome-driven startup environment.
