Job Description
- As a CTO, you will own the technology vision and define / execute on the product roadmap. You will lead the engineering team along with product to realize the product development. You will enable growth of the company through innovative technology interventions. The resulting products shall enable delightful customers. The responsibilities will include but not limited to Define strategy and roadmap for engineering development to achieve growth of users, engagement metrics and enable achievement of business goals Drive the strategic vision of the company to drive short term and long term growth Build and lead the engineering teams (including product design) by planning, prioritization, timely execution, quality, successful delivery through product life cycle Plan and define the performance metrics for different projects. Monitor and measure performance to adjust the execution and achieve goals Continually lead the evolution of platform through stakeholder feedback loops, growth & innovation hacks, integration of new technology systems Own the development sprint cycles to ensure timely delivery of roadmap items within budget and manage changes during the life cycle The Successful Applicant Prior experience in end to end tech platform development for SAAS business Ability to lay strategic plans and drive high pace execution Demonstrated experience in creating and leading high-performance teams with high productivity Prior experience of delivering high performance, reliable, secure and scalable web systems Strong Computer science fundamentals and hands-on experience with coding Keen interest and knowledge in emerging tech areas (like AI/ML/AR) Ability to lead and hustle in informal start-up environment Result driven, high energy & focus Passion to solve multi-disciplinary problems through technology,
