Job Description
- Job Title: Project Manager Work Location: Matunga West, Mumbai. Qualification: Bachelor's degree in engineering with experience of more than 4 years in successfully managing solar power projects from initiation to completion, including planning, execution, and closeout phases. Must have good industry contacts with I&C contractor, solar product vendors, Net Meter Liasioning Agents Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, delegate tasks, and a collaborative work environment to achieve project objectives. Years Of Experience: Experience must involve working as a site engineer for solar power project for 1-2 years. Key Responsibilities: Manage the execution of solar power projects from initiation to handover, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements. Conduct site assessments and coordinate with design team to get done the optimized design. Discuss and finalize design with customer. Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets that align with client expectations and company objectives. Manage subcontractors, vendors, overseeing procurement activities, negotiating contracts, and monitoring performance to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and implement corrective actions as needed to mitigate risks, resolve issues, and keep projects on track for successful completion. Coordinate with Net Metering Liasioning Partner for on time completion of Net Metering Process. Prepare project documentation, progress reports, and closeout documents, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with contractual requirements and industry standards. Support Sales team for Pre-sale activities, like cost-estimation, site survey, preliminary system design. Lead and guide O&M team to identify and troubleshoot problem in solar power projects.
