The Role Winvesta is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Product Engineer to join our dynamic team Job Title: Junior Product Engineer Location: Mumbai Experience: 1-5 years Responsibilities You will be responsible for assisting in the planning, development, and execution of product strategies under the guidance of the CEO and the Head of Product engineering. You will be responsible for conducting market analysis to understand customer needs and identify opportunities for product enhancements. You will be responsible for collaborating with the team to analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), competitor landscapes, and market trends to inform product decisions. You will be responsible and engage with customers to gather feedback and insights that will help shape product features and improvements. You will be responsible for maintaining clear documentation of product requirements, user stories, and project updates. You will work closely with the engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment on product goals and deliverables. You will also assist in the development and execution of go-to-market plans for new products or features. Requirements We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 1 year of experience product management, software development, or a related field. Experience with a Product company is a must. Experience in fintech or eCommerce is a plus. Individuals who are familiar with software development processes and tools, including Agile methodologies. Someone who has the Ability to analyze data using tools like Excel or Google Analytics to inform product decisions. Having Knowledge of product lifecycle management and experience with drafting Product Requirement Documents (PRDs). Must have the ability to write and understand code, with familiarity in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript. You must have a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. You can work collaboratively in a team, fostering open communication and supporting team goals. You are proactive and have an attitude towards learning new skills and knowledge related to product management. You can present ideas clearly and compellingly, using storytelling techniques to engage stakeholders and convey product vision.
