The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling software-related administrative tasks, managing customer records, and assisting in software operations. Key Responsibilities: Manage customer accounts, records, and software-related documentation. Assist in software setup, configuration, and troubleshooting for clients. Handle inbound and outbound communication related to software support. Coordinate with the software development and sales teams to ensure smooth operations. Maintain CRM software and ensure accurate data entry and updates. Monitor software performance issues and escalate technical concerns to the IT team. Ability to handle customer queries professionally and diplomatically. Quick learner with adaptability to new software and processes. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
