- Jd.01 *Product & Technical Service * Product & technical services include product engineering, product support, & technical support. Job Details* # Involves the design, development, & Testing of Products. # Can Include machine define, hardware & electrical design & PCB layout design. # Can also include It Solution, Battery management & test automation. # Can include product management, architecture, Develops, and Security. # Involves providing labour-based services for hardware or software. # Can be provide by the manufacture, a formal channel partner, or independent service provider. # Can include providing technical information and troubleshooting. Remuneration* Salary Up-to 60-80L Per annul & Others Benefits . Jd NO.02 *Head of Business Development* Supporting the Business Development team in spearheading the growth and the asset management of our real estate lodging portfolio across various assets classes for Europe. Job Details* # Build and run financial models for asset management and SR/Hotel management opportunities. # Create City level analysis and prepare forecasts to assist BD team with potential Management Agreements, Franchise and # # # Revenue Sharing opportunities. # Assist in due diligence and seeing through the entire process till completion of deals. # Support in setting up and maintaining of all data/transaction files. # Be in-charge of the Administrative tasks for BD department. # Support BD colleagues. # Strong team player and able to work independently and autonomously. # Proficiency in writing and speaking English with other languages advantageous. # Is prepared to travel both locally and internationally as the role requires. *Remuneration* Salary Up-to 40-50L Per annul & Others Benefits .
