Job Description

We are looking for a bright TA professional to manage the TA process for hiring at the leadership levels, both in India & abroad. The ideal candidate apart from being responsible for the leadership hires, will also manage other processes viz., selection assessments including hogan, post offer engagement programs, onboarding & Induction manage Partners. Candidates with 2-6 years experience, multilingual, proficient with the use of digital platforms and an expert in MS Excel will be an ideal fit. The work location is Chennai. Qualification : BE + MBA HR (full time) is a must,
