Job Description

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables To lead and manage NPD activities, including design feasibility, prototyping, and production support, focusing on components such as Battery, Electrical Components like Motor, Alternator, Fuel Pumps & other critical systems in EVs. To conduct Zero-Based Costing (ZBC) and Value Analysis/Value Engineering (VAVE) exercises to optimize costs without compromising quality. To develop and implement advanced manufacturing processes and facility planning to support high-quality production. To identify and onboard alternative suppliers to mitigate risks and enhance supply chain resilience. To drive initiatives to improve productivity, reduce waste, and enhance overall operational efficiency. To negotiate effectively with suppliers to achieve cost savings and favorable terms. To provide technical guidance to suppliers, ensuring process and quality alignment with company standards will be added advantage. Experience 4 to 6 Years Industry Preferred Automotive Qualifications General Requirements Hands-on experience in EV or Automotive new product development. Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, technologies, and facility planning for 3W vehicle or Automotive vehicles. In-depth knowledge of Electrical Components, Batteries, Motor, PCB Assembly process. Locations - Bangalore, Haridwar Plant, IN,
