Key Responsibilities: Assess Training Needs Design and Implement Training Curriculum Ensure the team is consistently up to date with the evolving Operational needs. Assess the impact of the training program by constantly evaluating the trainees" performance on the job. Constantly work on processes to ensure training leaves a strong footprint w.r.t employee performance. Regularly ideate, coordinate and liaise with stakeholders from other functions to ensure training programs are up to date Assess the strength of each individual in the team and help design and develop career development plan Organize and plan Employee schedule. Must-Have Skills: Strong Data Interpretation and Data Manipulation Skills(Must) Great with MS Excel/Google Sheets(Must) Having an eye for detail Having experience with Training, development and Content Creation(Must) Having experience with Sales(Must). Have a good understanding of Google Ads/Digital Marketing Have great communication skills - Written and Verbal. Have a penchant for learning. Assertive and motivating the team to perform effectively.
