- Experience: 1-2 Years Job Type: Full-time Mode: Work from Office Location: Mohali, Punjab Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled IT Administrator to oversee and manage the organizations IT infrastructure. This role involves maintaining networks and servers, ensuring system security, providing IT support, and ensuring smooth and efficient IT operations across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Monitoring and maintaining networks and servers to ensure optimal performance. Upgrading, installing, and configuring new hardware and software to meet company objectives. Implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats and ensure data protection. Creating user accounts and performing access control to ensure proper system access. Performing diagnostic tests and debugging procedures to optimize computer systems. Documenting processes and procedures, along with backing up and archiving data for easy retrieval. Managing inventory for company assets, including laptops, hardware equipment, and other technology. Developing and implementing data retrieval and recovery procedures to ensure business continuity. Designing and implementing efficient end-user feedback and error reporting systems for quick resolution of IT issues. Providing technical IT support to staff. Keeping up to date with advancements and best practices in IT administration to ensure the companys systems remain competitive and secure. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a similar field. Extensive experience with IT systems, networks, and related technologies. Solid knowledge of best practices in IT administration, system security, and network management. Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time management skills to effectively oversee IT operations. Good interpersonal skills for collaborating with different teams and departments.
