Job Description
Job Summary:
The Supply Acquisition Associate is responsible for providing our client services team with solutions to client needs. Key responsibility will include, but not limited to:
- Working with our partner network to provide clients with data collection support
- Acting as a liaison between sales and partnerships to ensure smooth business processes and procedures
- Supporting the project management teams with fulfilling fieldwork requirements on projects
- Building and developing relationships with partners in the industry
- Effectively meet and exceed timelines across projects, markets, and time zones
- Understanding IRB business objectives and working towards achieving those needs every day
Competencies Required:
- Sales experience in market research for services like IDI, online sample/panel and survey programming. B2B and Consumer project selling experience.
- BA/BS Degree+
- Effective Communication Skills, verbal and written
- Skills in using Microsoft Office
- Skills in time management and organization
- Ability to work with others across departments and roles
