Job Description
- Our SAP Service Line is seeking a highly experienced SAP TEST MANAGER with SAP domain background in any module with 5+ years of experience with good communication skills in working with international clients and must have been involved in S/4 HANA implementations / rollouts. You are required to have skills in the following areas: 5+ years of experience in software development or IT project management, with a strong focus on quality assurance and control. Experience with SAP implementations, preferably S/4HANA. Strong understanding of quality management methodologies and tools (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with automated testing tools and methodologies. Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with risk management methodologies. Knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks (preferred). Key Responsibilities: Quality & Testing Manager / Controller is responsible for ensuring the quality of all deliverables and processes throughout the entire lifecycle of the S/4HANA implementation project. This includes defining and implementing quality standards, conducting quality assurance and control activities, and monitoring project progress to identify and mitigate potential risks.
