    Job description Reporting to COO Objective: Head of Marketing to lead our marketing department and drive brand growth, customer engagement, and revenue generation. As the Marketing Head, you will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our business objectives, ensuring Organization remains at the forefront of our industry. This is a leadership role that requires a deep understanding of both traditional and digital marketing, team management, and the ability to work cross-functionally within the organization KRA: Marketing Strategy & Leadership Create and implement a clear marketing plan to increase brand awareness, attract customers, and grow Organization's market presence. Lead the development of campaigns and content that align with Organizations brand values and vision. Work closely with sales, product, and operations teams to ensure marketing efforts support overall business goals Team Leadership: Manage and guide the marketing team across areas like digital marketing, PR, branding, and content creation Encourage creativity, teamwork, and innovation within the team Set clear goals for the team, track progress regularly, and provide constructive feedback. Brand Management: Ensure Organizations branding is consistent across all platforms, including social media, PR, and advertising Maintain the brands identity and ensure it resonates with the target audience. Digital Marketing & Analytics: Oversee all online marketing activities, such as social media, email campaigns, website optimization, and online ads. Use analytics tools to track the success of marketing efforts, improve strategies, and maximize results. Set up regular reporting to review the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement. Product Launch & Campaigns: Plan and manage marketing efforts for new product launches to ensure their success. Create engaging content and promotional materials to attract customers and support key initiatives. Develop innovative campaigns to keep current customers engaged and attract new ones Budgeting & Vendor Management: Create and oversee the marketing budget to ensure spending is efficient and delivers strong results. Manage relationships with agencies and vendors, such as PR firms and creative services, to ensure quality outcomes External Interface Influencers Agencies: Advertising, Public Relations, Social Media, Creative Agency, Mall Team, Market Research, Event Management etc. Media print & electronic Relevant Events Agencies Event Promoters Third Party Vendors Zomato, Times Group, DineOut, Swiggy,etc Qualification: MBA- MARKETING From Renowned Institute Experience: 10-15 Yrs Experience, 5 years in Leadership Role and , Have Worked in Hospitality Industry Skills: Deep understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and the latest marketing tools and trends. Strong leadership and team management skills with experience in building and developing high-performing teams. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze data and use insights to make informed decisions KPI 1. Achieve targeted marketing-driven revenue growth (e.g., X% YOY) and increase Organizations overall market share. 2. Deliver a return on marketing investment (ROMI) of at least X times the spend while ensuring efficient allocation of budgets. 3. Strengthen Organizations brand visibility and equity through measurable improvements in brand recognition and customer sentiment. 4. Drive a X% improvement in customer engagement across all platforms and maintain a benchmark NPS score of 8 or higher. 5. Oversee the execution of at least X impactful marketing campaigns and successful go-to-market strategies for all major product launches.
