We are looking for a dedicated and efficient Receptionist & Office Administrator who can handle all office administration tasks single-handedly. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and able to manage all front office activities, including: - Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answer or refer inquiries. - Telephone management Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed. - Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers. Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk. - Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g., pens, forms, and brochures). Additional Skills & requirements - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. - Solid written and verbal communication skills. - Excellent organisational skills. - Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks. - Customer service attitude.
