(ARH) is a prominent architectural practice based in Mumbai, established in 2001. The firm is known for its innovative designs both in India and internationally. With a team of qualified professionals, including architects, interior designers, draughtsmen, 3D visualizers, student interns, and support staff, ARH has delivered a wide range of projects such as IT Parks, SEZs, Mixed-use Townships, Residential Towers, Shopping Malls, Entertainment Centers, Hotels, and Industrial Parks. The firm operates from offices in Mumbai and Pune. Job Description: As an Architectural and Interior 3D Designer at ARH, you will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D visualizations that accurately represent the firm's design concepts. Your role will involve collaborating closely with architects, interior designers, and other team members to develop realistic renderings and visual presentations for various projects. Key Responsibilities: Develop detailed 3D models and visualizations for architectural and interior design projects. Collaborate with the design team to translate design concepts into 3D visuals. Produce high-quality renderings, animations, and walkthroughs to showcase design ideas. Work on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of visual content. Stay updated with the latest design trends, software, and techniques in 3D visualization. Requirements: A minimum of 5 years of experience in 3D visualization, specifically in architectural and interior design. Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong understanding of architectural and interior design principles. Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects. Good communication skills to interact with team members and clients. Preferred Qualifications: Degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
