Business Development Executive :
Client acquisition for permanent staffing / Contract Positions
Client Management ( From requirements to proper payments)
Responsible in making the revenue generation acquiring new business.
Proper coordination with the recruitment teams and relationship managers to generate quality results. 
Build and maintain rapport with the New & Existing clients,
Accountable for all client proposals, contracts, and any further documentation.
Bring new business to the organization,
Responsible for the entire recruitment process clients.
 
TeleMarketing :
Cold call people using a given phone directory to sell products or solicit donations
Answer incoming calls from prospective customers
Use scripts to provide information about products features, prices etc. and present their benefits
Ask pertinent questions to understand the customers requirements
Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how merchandise or services meet their needs
Record the customers personal information accurately in a computer system
Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the companies reputation

Supervisor :
Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; developing personal growth opportunities.
Accomplishes staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; conducting training; implementing enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
Maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing organization standards; adhering to legal regulations.
Completes operations by developing schedules; assigning and monitoring work; gathering resources; implementing productivity standards; resolving operations problems; maintaining reference manuals; implementing new procedures.
Controls expenses by gathering and submitting budget information; scheduling expenditures; monitoring variances; implementing corrective actions.
Provides quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
