You will be responsible for the developing solutions to drive product development for new and existing components of the Medication delivery portfolio. The successful candidate will possess solid hands-on technical abilities, demonstrate excitement and energy for product development, and a passion for their work and the impact it has on meeting the needs of patients.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Interact with cross-functional team members to develop and refine test strategy, design and execution
- Communicate testing requirements and strategy and provide guidance to software developers, testers, and suppliers as needed.
- Lead the development and documentation of the product test case development.
- Plan and execute system integration activities to minimize issues in systems validation.
- Assist in the documentation of trace ability from requirements to verification activities, and from requirements to design entities.
- Develop and maintain an effective and corroborative working relationship with internal and external development partners.
- Provide leadership to effectively define, communicate and execute test strategy to ensure product quality and delivery are maintained.
- Lead and collaborate with verification team to drive improvements to test execution, quality and delivery.
Qualifications:
- 6 + years of experience in Manual Testing
- Strong experience from formulating and implementing test strategies. Manages test plans and testing methodology for software projects. The key objective is to develop efficient, reliable, and repeatable tests
- Able to develop test design, architecture, test cases at all levels. Experienced in test automation, test processes ensuring repeatable & reliable automated test suite & framework
- Collaborate with developers, testers, and cross functional teams to continuously enhance the testing of our applications
- Responsibility for, and creation of, complete software test cycle: planning, specification, execution, reporting, tracking.
- Testing software to prove that it is robust and reliable software.
- Testing software that controls hardware, especially instrumentation and motion.
Background and/or Experience:
Bachelors / master s in computer science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering or related field and 6+ years of related experience.
Desired Characteristics
- Experience on web applications automation testing using C#/ Selenium/ Rest API.
- Hands on C#/.net framework
- Hands on experience on selenium automation
- Experience in test automation and framework development
- Hands-on software enterprise application development experience
- Exposure to ALM tool, JIRA, Bitbuckey.
- Knowledge of medical device software development is highly preferred including knowledge of standards such as IEC 62304, ISO 14971
