    Job description Branch Operations Management: Position Overview: As the Branch Head, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Chennai branch, ensuring that our customers receive top-quality services, and achieving business growth targets. You will lead a team, manage operational functions, and play a pivotal role in maintaining and expanding client relationships. This role requires strong leadership, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering superior travel and tourism services. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the overall operations of the Chennai branch, ensuring efficiency, quality, and consistency in service delivery. Develop and implement branch policies and procedures to maintain high standards of operation. Monitor day-to-day activities and resolve any operational issues to ensure smooth functioning. Team Leadership & Development: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of travel consultants, customer service representatives, and support staff. Provide guidance, training, and support to the team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Conduct performance reviews and offer continuous professional development opportunities. Sales & Business Development: Drive the branchs sales targets by promoting travel packages, tours, and services to new and existing clients. Identify business growth opportunities, forge partnerships, and build relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other stakeholders. Analyze market trends and customer feedback to adapt and innovate offerings. Customer Relationship Management: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing personalized travel solutions and addressing customer concerns effectively. Handle high-value or escalated client accounts and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners. Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements based on insights. Financial Management & Reporting: Manage branch budgets, oversee cost control, and ensure profitability while maintaining quality standards. Track revenue performance, set financial goals, and provide regular performance reports to senior management. Oversee cash flow, billing processes, and ensure adherence to financial protocols. Marketing & Branding: Collaborate with the marketing team to implement effective promotional campaigns, events, and initiatives to attract new clients and increase brand visibility. Represent the branch at industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities to promote Explorico Global Destinations. Compliance & Legal Oversight: Ensure that all activities at the branch comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Tourism Management, Hospitality, or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role. Proven track record of managing branch operations, leading teams, and driving sales growth. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. In-depth knowledge of the travel industry, market trends, and customer expectations.
