- Overview The Business Analyst plays a crucial role in driving business decisions by leveraging data and insights. This role is pivotal in understanding business needs, eliciting requirements, and translating them into functional specifications. The Business Analyst acts as a bridge between stakeholders and the technical team to ensure that the solutions meet business objectives. Key Responsibilities Conducting thorough business analysis and requirements gathering Creating detailed documentation of business requirements and functional specifications Identifying, analyzing, and documenting business processes and workflows Collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize requirements and define project scope Participating in solution design and validation to ensure alignment with business needs Performing gap analysis and impact assessment for proposed solutions Facilitating communication and understanding between business and technical teams Assisting in user acceptance testing and validation of developed solutions Supporting the implementation and rollout of new systems or processes Providing ongoing support and analysis to optimize business processes Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent documentation and presentation abilities Solid understanding of business processes and workflows Proficiency in requirements gathering and analysis techniques Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels Experience with business process modeling and workflow diagrams Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) Ability to adapt to dynamic business environments and evolving priorities Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) is a plus Experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies is advantageous Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools Strong business acumen and strategic thinking Immediate joiners are preferred.
