Job Description : We are looking for a talented and experienced Business Analyst to join our blockchain development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of blockchain technology and its applications, as well as the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. Responsibilities : Gather and analyse business requirements for blockchain projects. Work with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet those needs. Communicate requirements to the development team and ensure that they are understood and implemented. Create and maintain use cases, user stories, and other documentation. Work with the development team to test and deploy solutions. Monitor and manage projects to ensure that they are completed on time. What Were Looking For: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in a Business Analyst role. Good knowledge of blockchain technology. Experience in gathering and analysing business requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Preferred: Experience with blockchain development tools and frameworks. Experience with agile development methodologies. Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
