- Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst in this role, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth requirements analysis, gaining a thorough understanding of project needs, and meticulously documenting processes. Your role is crucial in facilitating effective communication and collaboration across teams, significantly contributing to the success of our projects. You will cater to both pre-sales and post-sales activities, ensuring seamless project execution and client satisfaction. Salary : 7-13 LPA : Evaluate business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement effective solutions Lead ongoing process reviews and develop optimization strategies Facilitate communication and collaboration between business and technical teams to ensure alignment of processes and applications Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements Develop project plans, monitor performance, and maintain a library of proposal content for reusability Engage with potential clients to understand their requirements and contribute to creating compelling proposals Work closely with clients and US team to gather, analyze, and document requirements for mid-scale and large-scale projects Prepare comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), feature listings, Statements of Work (SOW), and flow diagrams Proficiently write user stories and interact with clients to understand and document their evolving needs Utilize wireframing tools and project management tools such as Jira to streamline the development process Collaborate with UX teams to ensure requirements are accurately translated into mock-ups Ensure the usability and user experience align with client expectations and project goals Desired Skills Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the web design and development industry, specifically with WordPress, Shopify, and e-commerce projects Expertise in e-commerce requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation for small-scale, mid-scale, and large-scale projects Ability to engage with multiple clients and handle multiple projects simultaneously Strong analytical mindset with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical clients Proficiency in wireframing tools and project management tools such as Jira Strong collaboration skills with UX teams to ensure requirements are accurately translated into mock-ups A confident and self-assured communicator, capable of conveying complex technical information to clients Proven experience in both pre-sales and post-sales activities Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 5 days working Work from office only (ref:hirist.tech),
