- We are looking for a highly driven E-commerce Manager to lead website operations, manage paid advertising, and optimize supply chain processes to drive sales and business growth. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES We are looking for a highly driven E-commerce Manager to lead website operations, manage paid advertising, and optimize supply chain processes to drive sales and business growth. WEBSITE OPERATIONS & INTEGRATION Oversee content, manage updates, and ensure a seamless online shopping experience. PAID MEDIA & ADVERTISING Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other platforms to drive high-intent traffic. SALES & PERFORMANCE TRACKING Monitor key KPIs, conversion rates, and customer journeys to enhance sales performance. SUPPLY CHAIN & INVENTORY MANAGEMENT Ensure a smooth flow of products from warehouse to customer with optimized logistics and inventory control. TARGET-ORIENTED APPROACH Develop and implement growth strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. REQUIREMENTS Minimum 4-5 years of experience within the FMCG industry. Proven experience in E-commerce website operations and PPC campaign management. Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid marketing platforms. Strong analytical skills with experience in sales growth and performance tracking. Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other digital marketing tools. Knowledge of supply chain management and inventory handling. A results-driven mindset with a passion for scaling e-commerce businesses.
