Demonstrated team leadership skills for effective management and motivation of sales staff. Skill in conflict resolution to handle consumer and staff grievances and ensure a harmonious environment. Comprehensive knowledge of telecom products to guide customers and make informed stocking decisions. Understanding of retail marketing strategies to enhance store visibility and sales. Roles And Responsibilities Direct and oversee the daily operations of the mobile store to maximize efficiency and profitability. Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to attract new customers and boost sales. Maintain stock levels and manage inventory through effective use of management software. Lead and train the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve customer service standards. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and effective conflict management. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities and special events. Analyze sales figures and forecast future sales volumes to maximize profits. Maintain awareness of market trends and competitor activities for strategic planning.,
