You will work closely with senior program managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their career in technical program management. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the planning and execution of technical programs and projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define scope, and create project plans. Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and update stakeholders regularly. Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure smooth project delivery. Support senior program managers in coordinating team efforts and facilitating meetings. Help drive continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies and recommending solutions. Maintain project documentation, including timelines, status reports, and post-mortem analyses. Foster strong communication and collaboration among teams to achieve project goals. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably in a technical environment. Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment. Basic understanding of technical concepts and the ability to learn quickly.
