Job Description
- We are looking for a Solar Program Manager for a global renewable energy solutions provider. Job Profile Responsible to own and drive programs by working closely with the development, engineering, operations, and other cross-functional teams. Ensure effective stakeholder management with open communication across businesses/stakeholders. Develop schedules, identify critical paths, bottlenecks and maintain execution throughout the duration of programs. Supporting the senior leadership in sales and relationship/opportunity management for development and engineering services. Responsible for overall planning of program and periodic presentation to program/team leadership. Demonstrate and execute project goals with satisfying quality, performance, schedule and budget in a global setup. File management and project diligence room support Preliminary design and proposal generation where appropriate Review monthly performance reporting from third party monitoring provider Requirement Must possess 3-4 years of experience as a part of a renewable energy company. Bachelor/Masters degree in Electrical Engineering from a premier Indian university preferred. Experience in business development, sales, market analysis, strategy, and program management. Solar project experience necessary. Strong analytical and MS-Office skills. Ability to communicate well in English (written/spoken). Team player, process oriented, self-driven and enterprising. Start-up Experience And Entrepreneurial Mindset Preferred.
