Job Description

Process overtime, bonuses, deductions, and adjustments as per company policies. 2. Compliance and Statutory Obligations Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, such as income tax, provident fund, ESI, and labor laws. Keep updated with changes in tax regulations and advise on necessary adjustments. 3. Employee Records Management Update employee data, such as bank details, tax declarations, and salary revisions. Handle employee separation processes, including full-and-final settlements. Collaborate with the finance team for reconciliation and budgeting. 5. Employee Support 6.
