We are here to win Your Priority Obsess over customers Role Overview: The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing financial programs and initiatives within the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive financial planning, analysis, and execution while ensuring alignment with the companys overall strategic objectives. Roles and Responsibilities: Program Management: Lead and manage financial programs and projects from inception to completion. Strategic Financial Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies that align with the organizations goals. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with finance, accounting, and other departments to ensure cohesive program execution. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present regular reports on program status, financial performance, and key metrics. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in program management. Stakeholder Management: Ensure transparent and effective communication with all stakeholders. Preferred Skills: Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in program or project management. Proven track record of managing complex financial programs and projects. Experience in strategic financial planning and analysis. Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Adaptable and resilient, able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and navigate ambiguity with confidence.,
