Responsibilities RFx (RFI/RFP/ Survey) Execution support, expected volume 200 RFx per year support CDSC team with Ariba sourcing events: Sourcing event creation, Sourcing event support for suppliers and stakeholders, Sourcing event response compilation, distribution. RFx Analysis - analyse/report the results coming from the event scorecard. Support with analytics and sourcing proposal presentation preparation. RFI for Supplier Capability / Readiness support CDSC category managers to identify suppliers that can support existing and new regions for each category. Support the supplier capabilities questionnaire process. Document and PO Management (including SSR and contract routing) support upon category managers request the preparation of the ARL, SSR and CCPE approval processes by creating the tickets and ADO items and monitor and facilitate the approval processes and escalate in case of blockages. Purchase Orders (PO) and Purchase Agreement (PA) processing operational support for requesting and approving purchase agreements and purchase orders for CDSC projects. BPO performs various checks on the supplier readiness, the budget availability, and the document quality, raises a PA in the tool and submits it to the cost team, SSR for approval. The BPO team raises a PO in the tool and facilitate approval process with CCPE, Buy Centre, CELA, etc. The process may involve some change requests or corrections from the cost team or the bizops team, which the BPO team needs to handle and fix. Qualifications Minimum qualifications Any graduate degree Good communication and analytical skills. Preferred qualifications Previous experience in Procurement & Sourcing. Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills. Problem solving skills with customer centric approach, showed strength with written English and with English accent. Good in verbal and written communication. Email communication is required. Ability to execute task basic rules. Attention to detail and should have first time right attitude. Good knowledge on MS Office tools and good processing speed mainly excel.
