- Looking for a Tech Co-Founder RightHome AI (Dubai Launch) The Vision After 15 years in real estate and 3 years of relentless iteration, weve built and optimized an AI-powered property search model into what is now RightHome AI a game-changing platform that solves the real pain points of property buyers, sellers, and agents. From Property Exchange to Propit AI to RightHome AI, weve tested multiple business models, launched across markets, and refined the product to a perfect business-model fit. Now, we are set to launch in Dubaiand Im looking for a Tech Co-Founder to take charge of the products AI & technology. Who We Are Looking For A tech-first, product-obsessed builder who: Understands the Entire AI & Automation Stack From chatbots, NLP, AI-driven recommendations, to serverless architectures and cloud deployments. Is Hands-On & Can Build From Scratch Someone who can independently develop, test, and iterate the platform without relying on a big team. Has Strong UI/UX Sense Knows how to make clean, functional, scalable interfaces for both B2C & B2B use cases. Thinks Lean & Smart Prefers building highly automated, cost-efficient, and scalable systems over bloated tech stacks. Is Curious About PropTech & Real Estate (Bonus) If real estate excites you or you love disrupting traditional industries, thats a great plus. What You Get as a Co-Founder Everything is Pre-Cooked Market-tested, refined, and ready to scale. You just need to own the tech execution. Equity-Based Role This will be equity-only until we raise funding, but you can keep your current income source while dedicating meaningful time.
