Job Description

About the company: Responsibilities: As a CTO cum Co-Founder, you will work closely with the founder(s) to drive the vision and strategy of the company. You will lead the development of our technology stack, oversee product architecture, and ensure scalable growth through innovative solutions. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and hands-on execution. Qualifications: 5-10 years of experience in highly accomplished technical roles Preference of working in Wealth Management, Lending or other Fintech domains Good domain knowledge of investment platforms, mutual funds, lending, and financial services Strong experience building and scaling tech teams, with hands-on technical problem-solving skills Ability to align technology initiatives with overall business goals and make data-driven decisions Passion for fintech innovation and experience building products from the ground up Strong educational background, preferably from top technical institutes (IITs, NITs). MBA will be an added advantage Prior entrepreneurial experience will be a plus Compensation: Being a co-founding role, this is an equity-based role,
